All of us at RE/MAX of Hot Springs Village believe in supporting our community in every way we possibly can . . . from helping feed our local children to volunteering to help fight cancer.

While the pandemic has presented a number of challenges, our January outreach set out to cultivate a healthy, safe, and welcoming community through exceptional public services, effective partnerships, and dedicated employees. Here are our January efforts:

Cedar Mountain Boys and Girls Club – We delivered our end of quarter payroll and commission donation to the club. We were excited as this check was over $2,000! The Boys and Girls Clubs of Saline County website states: “BGCA has implemented the programmatic strategy Every Member, Every Year, designed so that all clubs, no matter their size or resources, can partner with youth, parents, schools, and other community stakeholders to implement at least 1 of 3 approaches: academic enrichment and school engagement; targeted dropout prevention; and intensive intervention and case management. Our aim is to ensure that all club members graduate from high school on time, ready for a post-secondary education and a 21st-century career.”

We also began organizational efforts for an April “Shred It” event to benefit the Boys and Girls Club. This event is scheduled for April 17th.

Finally, we held our Village Walk for Cancer Research kickoff for the September 25th walk. Clara Nicolosi is a co-chair this year, the 20th anniversary of the walk.

These efforts help to strengthen our community as a whole. We hope that you find opportunities to give back and continue to help grow, support, and impact the great community of Hot Springs Village. Together we can make a difference.
