Norma owns a Real Estate company in the Dallas area but loves our Village and lives here. Norma owns a real estate company in the Dallas area but loves our Village and lives here. With more than 28 years in real estate, she has the experience and knowledge to address an ever-changing market along with the technical skills to do it right.

Norma has training in engineering and land development, so dealing with new construction is second nature. She is comfortable with commercial and land sales. Her Dallas-based company worked as part of a consortia to renovate property and help banks liquidate foreclosures following the 2007 housing crisis. Since moving to the Village in 2015, she has been active in HSV Audubon as president for four years and the Hot Springs Village Area Chamber of Commerce. Norma has two children and two grandchildren who live in Texas, and she makes return trips to the area frequently.
