Cheyenne Morel | Long-Term Leasing Team

Cheyenne Morel is a member of the Long-Term Leasing Team with RE/MAX of Hot Springs Village Real Estate.

A member of the RE/MAX of Hot Springs Village leasing team since 2022, Cheyenne Morel brings more than five years’ experience to her position as a specialist in long-term property management.  She is currently pursuing licensure and is expected to be a front-runner in RE/MAX long-term leasing department. “My goal is to make the leasing process for the tenants and the homeowners as easy as possible to make sure everyone wins,” she says.

Collaborating with all parties to make the renting experience run smoothly is her top priority.  As a result, she enjoys the lasting relationships she develops with both tenants and property owners.  Cheyenne and her husband moved to Arkansas from Colorado in 2020 and they love living here. “Arkansas is my forever home!” she enthuses. She enjoys spending time with her husband and her dogs, fishing, hiking, and spending warm days at Balboa.
